Jiangsu Yueke Testing is a third-party environmental reliability testing laboratory recognized by CNAS. It can undertake high and low temperature tests, constant temperature and humidity tests, temperature change tests, waterproof and dustproof tests, low pressure simulation tests and other environmental reliability tests.


High temperature test

Test purpose: only used to determine the ability of components, equipment or other products to be used, transported or stored under high temperature environment.

Common temperature: 200 ℃, 175 ℃, 155 ℃, 125 ℃, 100 ℃, 85 ℃, 70 ℃, 55 ℃, etc;

Common test time: 2h, 16h, 48h, 168h, etc.

Test reference standard: GB/T 2423.2; IEC 60068-2-2, etc.


Low temperature test

Test purpose: It is only used to determine the ability of components, equipment or other products to be used, transported or stored under low temperature environment.

Common temperature: - 85 ℃, - 55 ℃, - 40 ℃, - 25 ℃, - 10 ℃, - 5 ℃, etc;

Common test time: 2h, 16h, 48h, 168h, etc.

Test reference standard: GB/T 2423.1; IEC 60068-2-1, etc.


Temperature change test

Test purpose: used to determine the impact of one or more consecutive temperature changes on the test sample.

Test equipment: fast temperature change test chamber

Test conditions:

1) The temperature range varies between high temperature value and low temperature value;

2) The duration of the test sample under high or low temperature;

3) The change rate of temperature from high temperature to low temperature or from low temperature to high temperature;

4) Number of cycles of conditional test;

Common temperature change rate: 1 ± 0.2K/min; 3±0.6K/Min;  5±1K/Min;  10±2K/Min

Test reference standard: GB/T 2423.22; IEC 60068-2-14, etc.


Constant temperature and humidity test

Test purpose: used to determine the influence of constant temperature and non condensing high humidity environment on test samples within a specified time.

Test equipment: constant temperature and humidity box

Test conditions: test temperature, humidity and duration.

Common temperature and humidity: 30 ± 2 ℃, 93 ± 3%; 40 ± 2 ℃, 93 ± 3%, etc.

Common test time: 48h, 168h, etc.

Test reference standard: GB/T 2423.3; IEC 60068-2-78, etc.

Equipment parameters: test temperature range - 60 ℃~150 ℃, test humidity range 15%~98%


Mechanical vibration

The vibration test mainly includes sinusoidal vibration and random vibration. It simulates various vibration environmental impacts encountered by products in transportation, installation and use environments to determine whether the products can withstand various environmental vibration.

Test equipment: vibration test bench

Test standard: GB/T 2423.10; IEC 60068-2-6; GB/T 2423.56; ASTM D4728, etc.


Mechanical shock

Test purpose: it is used to expose the accumulated damage and degradation caused by mechanical weak links and/or performance degradation and impact, as well as to confirm the integrity of sample structure, or as a means of quality control.

Test equipment: mechanical impact test bench

Test standard: GB/T 2423.5; IEC 60068-2-27, etc.


Drop test

Test purpose: to determine the adaptability of products to fall due to rough handling during handling, or determine the minimum firmness level for safety requirements.

Test equipment: drop tester

Test conditions: free fall

Drop height: (unit: mm)

The direction of sample force: the point, line and surface where the package sample touches the ground, i.e. the corner, edge and surface of the package; Or other directions of the sample.

Floor requirements: concrete floor or steel smooth and hard rigid surface.

Drop height: generally 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000 mm

Drop times: 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000

Test standard: GB/T 2423.8; IEC 60068-2-32, etc


IP waterproof and dustproof test

Test purpose: It is specified that under normal use conditions, the shell material and process shall ensure the required protection grade.

It is usually represented by IPXX. The first characteristic number represents the protection level against approaching dangerous parts and solid foreign matters, and the second characteristic number represents the protection level against water.

Test conditions: waterproof IPX1-9, dustproof IP1-6X

Test equipment: IP waterproof test device, digital caliper, dust box, etc;

Test reference standards: GB/T 4208, IEC 60529, etc.
